Not everyone needs an agent. We can discuss your level of expertise, how much work you're willing to DIY, then help you choose a package/plan that fulfills your needs. We want you to be successful. We like to save money too and understand your perspective.

YOUR BEST INTERESTS

The most common issue we hear when people talk about real estate agents is that clients don't think they're always acting in their best interest. At OPFWYN you're the boss. We'll help as much or as little as you need, and only charge you for what you need.

ACCESS TO TOOLS

Selling and buying real estate can require access to specialty tools. (MLS Access, e-signature, stagers, RE photographers, marketing portals, comp analysis tools, etc.) We already pay for these tools, we can share them with you for nominal fees.

The consistent key to any great result is communication. We'll start with asking how you want to communicate, how often you expect updates and work within your parameters. We have your back, let us know what you need, so we can provide that service.
