How do I benefit from having an agent?
You may not need an agent, but an experienced advisor can save you money, time and hassle.
Won't I save money without an agent?
Maybe. Builders have agent fees worked into their marketing/sales plan, you may be able to negotiate those fees to be credited to you, but it's not guaranteed. Keep in mind, the builder's intent is to make the most money, not to save you money.
